PLEASE NOTE
OUR PROCESSING TIME is 3-5 business days and does not include the shipping time. Custom orders may have a longer lead time.
ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY will not be processed until Monday as our warehouse is closed on Saturday + Sundays.
CHAOS + CO. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES // Once packages are picked up from CHAOS + CO. by USPS, UPS or other mail carriers, we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or missing packages (this includes packages that are marked delivered by mail carrier).
If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@chaosandco.com

We offer free standard shipping on all order over $100 within the United States. Orders with subtotals under $100 ($99.99 and under) will incur a standard shipping fee. Orders with Free or Standard shipping are shipped by the carrier of our choice.
Expedited Shipping is offered by FedEx for an additional cost. Please note that expedited orders received after 12:00 p.m. CST will ship the following business day.
To avoid shipping delays, please make sure you enter your complete address for USPS.
